ROSE OF THE YEAR 2010
An Absolutely Fabulous rose that really lives up to all expectations. Crowned Rose of the Year in 2010, alongside being admitted to the Gold Standard roses in the same year, this floribunda rose is one of the best on the market. Golden butter yellow blooms fade to a paler primrose yellow as they age. A very free flowering rose; the blooms are produced in clusters well into the autumn.
Strong growing, excellent disease resistance and beautiful mid-green glossy foliage. The scent is reminiscent of liquorice. Happy grown in the ground or a large container, this rose truly
has it all and is deserving of a place in every garden. As a cut flower it lasts very well. Makes a wonderful gift…or as a treat to enjoy in your own garden.
Bred by Tom Carruth in USA who described this rose as one the best he has bred in his career.
AWARDS: All American Rose Selection. Rose of the Year 2010. Gold Star of the South Pacific, New Zealand.
