Shrub Rose, 1994
This charming single petalled award winning rose bears flowers that are redcurrant red with a silvery white eye. The blooms are borne in massive clusters and flower throughout the season producing quite a showy display. The foliage is medium green on a plant with a tall, spreading habit. One of the delightful characteristics of this rose is the wonderful display of hips in the autumn. Always dead head regularly to promote further blooms. Named after Molly Frizzell, who was the longtime president of the Rose Society of Northern Ireland.
