| GROUND COVER ROSES are well named as they produce long spreading branches which grow along the ground rather than upright. Most varieties are repeat flowering and are great value in the garden as just a few can cover quite a large area. With a bit of imagination they have other uses. They are very attractive when planted and trained to drape over a low wall. Some of the smaller types can look great in hanging baskets, but will take a little more looking after. Many of the modern varieties are now claimed to be totally disease free which is a great bonus.
