Rose Of The Year 1996.
This attractive rose has small semi double lavender flowers with a spicy fragrance.
It is a very vigorous rose which grows to 18ins (45cm) high and twice as wide.
The foliage is dark green, glossy and very disease resistant.
A very good garden rose as the repeat flowering is excellent and the foliage lasts well into the winter.
Ideal for growing over rocks or low walls, or for mass planting in more difficult positions where other roses may not do so well.
Try it in a container or even a hanging basket but be careful not to let it dry out.
