excellent service. The rose I ordered back in November duly arrived
this morning on the requested day. As it is a present for my Mother's
90th birthday, I was thrilled at its lovely presentation, complete
with ribbons and pretty card. I just know that she too will be thrilled

| Hiya - Just wanted to say the rose
came on Tuesday and it was brilliant ! Much bigger than I thought
it was going to be and all intact. The bride to be was
delighted with the gift and I think I may have got you a few extra
customers as several people at work asked where I'd got it from, so

say the courier you use was really nice to, dead friendly and took

| I am emailing to congratulate you
on your effiency in dispatching a rase called "Nancy" to
me. I called on Saturday Morning and the young lady who
dealt with my request was very helpful and kind. (I wanted the rose
in memory of a dear friend who died). The rose arrived beautifully
packed so there was no damage etc. In a world where there
is very little kindness and compassion it really gave me hope for

I ordered a rose called "Katie", which is not available locally on Saturday and took delivery of it on the following Wednesday. It arrived in perfect condition due to the excellent quality of the packaging. The rose is certainly going to make a great addition to our garden as we have a newborn daughter called "Katie". the excellent standard of service I recieved when I ordered two rose
bushes from you. "Janet's Pride" and "Leslie's Dream"
which were named after my late grand parents who have sadly passed
